The first official evacuation corridor from Azovstal took place over the weekend as the ceasefire lasted for nearly two days. On Saturday, about 20 civilians were evacuated from the rubble at the Azovstal plant.

The Russian military continued to use banned munitions, as the phosphorus missiles hit Avdiivka, Donetsk region, twice in the last days. The first shelling targeted the area near the by-product coke plant, the second one hit the city center.

On Monday, Russian forces actively targeted the railway connections across the country in order to disrupt the arms supply. At least 5 attacks in the morning followed by a series of shelling during the day hit railway routes, killing one of the railway personnel.
