In Bilogorovka, Luhansk region, Russian occupiers dropped an air bomb on a school, where 90 people were sheltering. Around 60 people were killed under the rubble, while about 30 were injured. During the shelling of Lysychansk, one of the missiles hit the oil refinery plant.
Eight regions got under attack from Russian missiles on Tuesday evening. Russian forces launched 18 missiles from the Caspian Sea. Explosions have been recorded in Vinnytsia, Lviv, Dnipropetrovsk, Kirovograd, and Transcarpathia regions.

The first official evacuation corridor from Azovstal took place over the weekend as the ceasefire lasted for nearly two days. On Saturday, about 20 civilians were evacuated from the rubble at the Azovstal plant.
Russian troops fired with MLRS Uragan at settlements in Dnipropetrovsk region. Kharkiv troops shelled the city 16 times including twice from MLRS BM-21 and BM-27.
